Meet The Team!
At Project Esty, our team is more than just educators—we’re a family. Every member of our staff is a licensed professional with real-world experience, whether it’s building a successful solo practice or working in some of Arizona’s top med spas.
Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge, techniques, and perspectives to the classroom. Our shared mission is to give each student the best education possible—one that prepares them not only to pass state board exams, but to thrive in today’s fast-paced esthetics industry.
We believe in working side by side as a team, creating a supportive, inspiring environment where students feel encouraged, challenged, and empowered to reach their goals. When you join Project Esty, you’re not just getting an education—you’re joining our family.
Mariah Sanchez - Founder of Project Esty | Licensed Aesthetician & Educator
I launched Project Esty with one mission in mind: to elevate the standard of esthetics education and empower the next generation of professionals to succeed—not just in the treatment room, but in every corner of the industry.
After starting my own journey as a solo esthetician, I quickly realized that most traditional beauty schools weren’t preparing students for the real-world challenges of building a career. I experienced the uncertainty, the overwhelm, and the trial-and-error of figuring it out on my own. That experience shaped me—and ultimately inspired me to create something better.
Project Esty was born out of a deep desire to bridge the gap between technical skill and real-world success. Our program combines advanced skincare education with modern industry insights, giving students the tools they need to thrive—whether they dream of working in a med spa, building a solo business, becoming an educator, or simply mastering their craft.
As a wife, mother, and businesswoman, I understand the importance of creating a path that offers both passion and flexibility. This school represents everything I wish I had when I was starting out. I created it so others wouldn’t have to figure it out alone—and so they could build the kind of career they’ve always dreamed of.
